A writer and mother building a community around self-preservation in motherhood was feeling completely burnt out trying to manually manage her growing email list.

She’d just started using Flodesk, but the platform was still limited and the tech wasn’t clicking. We used Zapier to automate the whole flow, bringing new signups into Flodesk, segmenting them by source, and sending tailored welcome emails without her lifting a finger. Now the system runs quietly in the background, and she has more space to focus on her message instead of her inbox.
