2. INVOICING AND VAT

Invoices are issued in EUR or USD depending on your location and will be confirmed in your proposal. EU clients will be charged 21% VAT in accordance with Dutch law. This will be clearly shown on your invoice.

3. OWNERSHIP AND USE

Once your project is complete and paid in full, the deliverables are yours to use however you like. I may showcase completed work in my portfolio or marketing unless you request otherwise.

4. VALUES AND BOUNDARIES

This is a collaborative space built on respect, clarity, and inclusion. Discrimination, harassment, or boundary-pushing behavior will result in termination of the project without refund.

5. REFERRAL CREDIT TERMS

Clients are welcome to refer friends, peers, or collaborators to A. Rose Creative services. When a referred client books and pays for a project, both the referrer and the referred client will receive 80 EUR off their next service.

Program guidelines

  • One referral credit is granted per referred client.

  • If a referred client books multiple services, only the first project qualifies for the credit.

  • Only one referrer may receive credit per referred client. If multiple clients refer the same person, the credit goes to the first person who made the introduction.

  • Credits are applied once the new client has booked and paid in full.

  • Credits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used within 12 months of being issued.

  • Credits apply to services booked directly with A. Rose Creative and are not valid for digital products, community membership, or outside vendor services.

  • To qualify, the referral must be mentioned before or at the start of the referred client's first project. Credits will not be applied retroactively.
