This is a focused, collaborative sprint. We prep together in advance so I can dive in and do the heavy lifting on the day. You don’t have to be “on” the whole time or manage me, I’ve got it. But you’ll learn quickly that I love quick feedback in voice memos, videos, and messages. This makes sure you love the finished product.

Talk it Out
We’ll hop on a quick call to talk through what’s going on, what you need, and whether this format is the right fit. I’ll use this time to get a sense of how many days we’ll need to get things sorted.
This is a no pressure and no commitment session.

Prep & Align
Once we decide to move forward, I’ll send over a shared doc with thoughtful prompts to get everything out of your head and into one place.
You’ll get to brain-dump and I’ll sort through the threads, organize what’s needed, and we’ll align on exactly what we’re tackling during your project day(s). Clear goals, clear focus, no extra noise.

Make, Fix, Create
Depending on your project, we might need one focused day or a few in a row. I’ll be deep in the work, and you’ll stay in the loop, but not glued to your screen.
You’ll get thoughtful check-ins via videos, voice notes and quick messages, and I’ll need your eyes on things here and there.

Wrap & Support
When the work is done, you’ll get everything delivered, polished, and easy to use.
I’ll also stick around for a bit to answer questions, handle any small refinements, and make sure you feel confident moving forward.

I’ll check in with updates, Looms, or voice notes—but no live calls unless we agree it’s needed.
