The good stuff:

  • Stop code-switching

No need to activate the business brain, the creative brain, or the intuitive brain.

Here they all get to be in the room at the same time.

  • Fresh perspectives

When you bring your ideas and challenges to people in different fields, you get a whole different kind of feedback.

This room is full of clever people from all kinds of backgrounds ready to hear you out.

  • Whole person appreciation

Strategy and tarot. The rebrand and the knitting project.

The work stuff and the life stuff in the same conversation, because that's how they live everywhere else.

  • Casual on purpose

Real conversations about how the work is going, with actual people who show up as themselves.

  • You shape what happens

Members suggest books, lead sessions, bring ideas.

Decisions are vote-based. This space belongs to everyone in it.

  • Everyone belongs

All backgrounds, all identities, all the ways a person can be self-employed.

Kindness and ambition make each other better here.

Have a question?

We´ve tried our best to answer what we can here.

Reach out to us via email with anything else.

  • Nope. Just be okay being around people who are.

  • All kinds. Designers, writers, coaches, makers, consultants, healers, freelancers, serious side-hustlers.

If the work is personal, this is the right place.

  • As much or as little as feels right. There’s no attendance requirements.

We expect there to be times when you visit more often, and times when life has you focused on other things. That’s ok!

  • Hosted from the Netherlands (CET), members from everywhere.

We do our best to offer times that are accessible to many time zones. Replays are available for all live events and workshops so don’t worry if you can’t make it!

    Rhythms get figured out together.

  • Yes, of course. No contracts, no pressure.

Alison Castillo, creative strategist and web designer, leaning on her counter

Hi, I’m Alison.

I’m an American living in Utrecht, Netherlands. For the last ten years I have been helping self employed people love their online presence.

A few years ago, serious burnout led me to a late autism and ADHD diagnosis, which changed how I understood myself, and my work. I upended everything in my business and life, and realized… the two aren’t separate. When my life was upended, so was my business, and vice versa.

That’s why this club exists. To connect people like me with one another in a more light, friendly, and low-pressure way.

I am not your guru. I’m a host, or facilitator. I set up the room, keep it warm, and make sure everyone gets heard.
