I'm Alison. Brand designer, strategist, American expat living in the Netherlands with my husband and four boys.
I've spent years working alongside self-employed folks, and what I kept seeing was the same thing. Smart, experienced, deeply capable women and nonbinary people running their businesses on operating systems built for someone else entirely. A little misaligned is generous. Fundamentally wrong is closer.
My own late auDHD diagnosis was the thing that finally gave me permission to stop trying to make it work and start building something that actually fit. That shift changed everything for me, and I've watched it change things for the people I work with too. That's honestly why I do this.
I host, I create the space, I find the guests worth listening to. I show up consistently and stay out of your way. What you build here belongs to you.
