Master Community Guidelines
This space is designed for real connection, honest questions, and thoughtful support. We’re here to learn together, grow at our own pace, and show up without performance.
These guidelines help us protect the integrity of the space—for you, for others, and for the work we’re all doing.
Core Agreements:
1. Assume good intent, and ask for clarity. We come from different places, and sometimes we miss each other. Ask before jumping to conclusions. Curiosity first.
2. Be generous with encouragement, not advice. You don’t have to fix anyone. If someone asks for ideas, offer them. Otherwise, just listen and reflect.
3. No extractive behavior. This is not a lead-gen zone. Don’t pitch or DM without consent. Build relationships, not lists.
4. Be mindful of space and voice. You don’t have to post every day to belong. And you don’t need to say everything in one go. Let there be space for others.
5. Share with consent and care. If you reference something from this space elsewhere, ask permission. Screenshots are off-limits unless everyone agrees.
6. Support looks like:
“That makes so much sense.”
“I’ve felt this too.”
“Would it feel helpful if I shared what worked for me?”
Not: “You should try…”
7. Zero tolerance for hate, harassment, or exclusion. We mean it. Racism, transphobia, ableism, antisemitism, and all forms of harm will be addressed directly.
