What’s Your Season?

No, not your color season.

What season of business are you in right now?

Are you:

  • Building – trying new offers, pushing visibility, figuring it out

  • Rebuilding – starting again after burnout, a pivot, or loss

  • Maintaining – staying consistent, stable, keeping things moving

  • Resting – intentionally slowing down, recovering, regrouping

  • Rerouting – not quite sure where you’re going, just knowing it’s not this

  • Or… something else entirely?

No need to tidy it up. Just say it as it is.

If you’re stuck, try asking yourself:

  • What’s my capacity like right now?

  • What am I craving more of—or less of?

  • Where is my energy naturally going when I’m not forcing it?

  • If I’m honest, am I clinging to an old season because I think I “should” be in it?

You don’t have to perform clarity. You just get to name what’s true.

Optional reflection:

  • What would feel supportive in this season?

  • What’s one thing you can give yourself permission to not focus on?

When you’re ready, come share your season in the group.

So what? What now?

Here’s one small step you can take depending on your season:

→ Building:
Watch this video on prioritizing when everything feels exciting and urgent. Then drop into our Strategy Support thread if you want to talk through what to focus on first.

→ Rebuilding:
Check out our Vault resource “Mapping a Gentle Restart” (under Mindset & Transitions). Or visit the “What I’m Reworking” chat to share where you’re starting from.

→ Maintaining:
Try the “Systems Inventory” prompt in the Vault to see what’s running well and what might quietly need your attention. Not urgent, just… noticed.

→ Resting:
Skip content. Go straight to the Lounge. Drop a post like “I’m not doing much this month, but I wanted to say hi.” Or don’t. You’re still in the right place.

→ Something else?
Tell us in the comments and we’ll help you find or create what you need.
