  • The gap between your vision and what's actually there.

  • If visual best practices are in place, and how you can improve the look-and-feel.

    If we’ve worked together before, or if I created your website, this is a great way to get a more current and fresh perspective on how to keep things up to date. And if you need help implementing, support hours are always available.

    If you’re new, welcome! An audit is perfect for getting familiar with your business.

  • Any platform works - Squarespace, Showit, Wordpress, Wix, custom-built, whatever. I'm looking at the strategy and messaging, not the technical backend.

    However, I will give you tips on how to implement and am well-versed in the capabilities of most website builders.

  • I offer full committed project days where I can implement your audit findings, or tackle other design work.

  • After I get your short questionnaire back, I’ll confirm your delivery date. Right now audits are taking up to 7 business days (usually less).

  • Because this is a delivered service (the video recording), I don't offer refunds once the audit is completed.

    But if for some reason I can't complete your audit, you'll receive a full refund.

  • My schedule fluctuates based on project works and commitments to clients. If you’re on a specific timeline, send me an email or message me on WhatsApp to find out what my rush timeline availability is.

    Any rush request will have a fee of €45 Euro / $50 USD / £40 GBP and will be invoiced after your audit purchase.

  • Loom is a screen recording tool that lets me record my screen and voice as I walk through your website.

    After I complete your audit, you'll receive an email with a link to watch the video. You just click and watch in your browser. You can pause, rewatch sections, and access it anytime.

    You'll also get a written summary document with timestamps so you can jump to specific parts of the video.
