Name What’s Changing, Let Ideas Take Root
The winter solstice is a natural pause in the year for us to take a step back and pay attention to what’s really happening in our business. But you don’t need to wait for a seasonal marker. Any time you feel out of step or ready for a reset, this approach is available.
If you’re noticing your website or offers don’t quite match where your business is heading, that’s not a problem to fix overnight. It’s a sign growth is happening. I see this all the time: the inside of your business evolves before the outside catches up.
Start by naming what feels out of sync.
Write down what’s working, what’s dragging, and where things feel misaligned.
Here are some prompts you can use to explore:
How does what I'm actually doing with clients differ from how I have packaged my offers? We can all stray from our perfectly packaged offers sometimes. Has this become the rule more than the exception?
Where do things feel off when someone finds me online?
What parts of my business are making my life harder?
What tools or tech have I been avoiding using that might make my life easier?
Let ideas surface. Jot down any changes you want to make, but don’t pressure yourself to act unless something feels urgent.
Let things take root; act when the time is right.
Most alignment happens by observing, not forcing. Plan to take action when the energy returns or the season shifts. But if a specific change keeps calling for your attention, listen and respond.
If you’re feeling the need to regroup, this process is always here. Solstice or not. Small, honest steps now can lay a stronger foundation for what’s next.
